One Studio protects private work, limits spending, checks new versions, and keeps recovery available. These are product controls — see live status for current availability.
Your workspace is private
Every request checks that the person is allowed to open or change the app.
Agent work is credit-gated
The credit cost is shown before work starts, reserved up front, and returned automatically if the request fails.
Every version is tested
Automated preview checks must score 100 before a version can be kept for review.
Earlier versions can be restored
Saved versions let you return to a known working state. Restoring a live app takes the public address down.
Keys stay hidden
Passwords and service keys stay on protected servers, never in the browser.
Key actions leave a record
Publishing, billing, and approved AI-client actions are recorded in the usage ledger.
Report a security problem
Use the support form (category Security) so your report is tracked, or email support@onestudio.im with what you found, where you found it, and why it matters. Do not access other people’s information or interrupt the service.
