• Identifiers: name, email, IP address, account and transaction identifiers.
• Commercial information: plan, purchase, entitlement, and usage receipt.
• Internet activity: request, device, security, and feature interaction data.
• Professional information: organization and role when provided.
• User content and inferences: project instructions, feedback, and product preferences.
• Sensitive personal information: account credentials and content a customer chooses to provide. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data.

Sources and purposes

We collect data directly from you, your organization, browser and device, One Studio interactions, Stripe and Link, and service providers. We use it to provide and secure the service, process transactions, support users, maintain records, debug, and comply with law. Retention follows the periods in the Privacy Policy and is limited by purpose, legal duty, risk, and storage cost.

Sale, sharing, and disclosure

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose limited data to service providers and contractors for hosting, security, payment, support, and scoped product operations. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond permitted business purposes.

California rights

California residents may request to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of covered information, and may opt out of sale or sharing. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights. An authorized agent may submit a request, subject to identity and authority verification. Global Privacy Control is treated as an opt-out signal for the browser or device.

Submit requests to support@onestudio.im. We confirm and verify requests proportionately. When legally required, annual request metrics will be published here. Because One Studio does not sell or share covered data, there is no financial incentive program.
